1. Scope of services

We provide home cleaning and upholstery/carpet/rug cleaning. The exact scope is determined by the order details, description of items to be cleaned, access conditions, and the materials/stains you disclose.

2. Results vary by material and stain type

Cleaning outcomes depend on the surface/material, condition of the item, the age and type of stains, and prior treatments. You acknowledge that complete removal of all stains, odors, or discoloration is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing for a specific stain/material.

You agree not to expect guaranteed “like-new” appearance in all cases. We will use reasonable professional methods consistent with the task description, while taking into account possible limitations of certain fabrics and treatments.

3. Customer obligations

• Provide accurate information about items to be cleaned (material/type if known), location, access, and any known risks (e.g., delicate fibers, prior dyeing, water sensitivity).
• Ensure access to the premises and remove/secure valuables and personal items unless otherwise agreed.
• Disclose pets, smoking odor sources, and relevant stain history to enable appropriate methods.

If information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate, results may differ from expectations and you remain responsible for the consequences of such inaccuracies.

4. Service provider limitations

We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, incorrect customer-provided information, inappropriate past treatments, unsuitable materials not disclosed by you, or conditions beyond our control (e.g., lack of access, power/water restrictions, or environmental limitations).

If an item appears unsuitable for a particular method, we may recommend alternative treatment or refuse to proceed to the extent required for safety and proper care.
